Offsetting your commute is easy!
The first step is to use our Carbon Calculator to calculate how many trees are needed to offset your emissions. Once you know how many trees you need to purchase, the next step is to place your order below. You will then receive an email which will confirm your order.

Trees per annum needed to offset4

1. Distance travelled each way, calculated from George Square/Queen Street, Glasgow to Edinburgh Waverley. You can change this value.
2. Assuming a return journey.
3. Calculated on the basis of 52 week commute, 5 days per week.
4. We have ascertained a UK broadleaf tree absorbs 730kg over a 100 year lifetime (carbonfootprint.com). For short journeys we have provided for a minimum of 1 tree being required to offset your commute.

All figures are approximate and are for illustration only.

To purchase less than 10 trees, please select the number you require below. We will issue an e-mail certificate to the person placing the order. If you wish an alternative name to appear on the certificate, please enter it in the space provided below.
